Looking for script for bulk adding text links
 

I need a something that I can bulk import as well as add manually, URLs to galleries.

It needs to be able to rotate galleries / text links daily and not accept submitted galleries.

I know this is out there I just don't know what it's called. This is not my area of expertise.
