My friend was there when it happened but thankfully wasn't hurt in the blasts.

He said he had tried to save a girl that was trapped under some burning rubble
and when he pulled on her arm all the skin and tissue just peeled off her arm. He
couldn't save her and had to just listen to her scream as she burnt to death.

The whole experience left him deeply disturbed and he's been trying to erase the memories with drugs and alcohol ever since.

About bloody time I say.

Took the bodies by helicopter and handed them over to thier familes? Should have ground them into chum and dumped them in the ocean.
