IBILL shuts down stats on those that do not fill in form by Monday

Dear iBill Client:

In the next few days we will be displaying the following message after CMI login to all iBill clients that have not completed the iBill-Visa registration form. On Monday your access to the CMI will be interrupted until you have completed this form. ALL iBill clients are required to complete the registration portion of the form. If you would like to have uninterrupted access to your stats via the CMI please click on the link below and finish the registration form before Monday 11/11.

Our records indicate you have not filled out the iBill-Visa registration form located at http://www.ibill.com/signup/re_signup_login.cfm. It is important that all iBill merchants fill out this form. Only US based merchants accepting VISA will be required to pay the registration fee at this time but all merchants are required to register. In order to gain access to the CMI you must fill out the iBill - VISA registration form.

I wonder what your problem with this is? There is a company that does business with your company. Its only legit for them to get the correct info from their business partner. Sure they didn't bother before but lets face it: The internet porn industry will have to be more professional in the future. The bedroom student porn sites need to get more legit and they can't hide anylonger.

The vast majority of Webmasters have no idea anything has happened or what to do about it. I know a lot of guys who can't figure out how to use the CMI. Ibill is just cracking the whip after finding that probably only about 40% of clients have filled out the form.

What I wouldn't give to know what the actual compliancy figures are across all the billers.

I dont have a problem with it at all personally as It doesnt affect me, I filled in their form before Nov 1.

I posted it incase it helps someone.

A lot of people dont visit the CMI regularly and these are the people that may get caught out.

It would be a bit of bad luck if you needed to refund or cancell a member or two wouldnt you say ?

they need your info the feds need it ASAP watch and see
