How many feel McCain would have done better without the MILF from Alaska?

Poll .....

milf? where? who...?

Triple10Terry 11-06-2008 11:10 AM

Probably would have had a better shot.

Puremeds-J 11-06-2008 11:11 AM

At first I thought she would help him win 100% guaranteed.. Then as everyone realized how much of an idiot she was it just killed him. I think he could have done better with someone else definetly.

Tom_PM 11-06-2008 11:15 AM

She's like if you see a kick-ass looking pie and while you salivate and wonder if it's Apple or Blueberry or Cherry, someone cuts into it and it's a fucking quiche.

Hey fine, nothing wrong with quiche. But millions came for the pie.

he took a chance.. he was fucked either way.. even if obama wasnt a formidable opponent, a 1 eyed mule would have beat mccain after all the shit that went down on Bush's watch...

tiger 11-06-2008 11:39 AM

It was a huge mistake the base was going to vote for him no matter what. If he had choose someone better it could have been much closer.

Lonely immortal 11-06-2008 11:42 AM

He was never going to win. He could have picked coco the clown and still wouldn't of had a chance.

DaddyHalbucks 11-06-2008 11:53 AM

Palin helped McCain, no question.

Obama ran a flawless campaign.

The voters were the big problem; they wanted the garbage Obama was selling. Anyway, they got their wish.

It's time to pray for our country.

cherrylula 11-06-2008 11:54 AM

I think she helped get attention to his campaign.

But the economy is so fucked, people voted Democrat. It was handed to Obama on a golden platter because of the state of the world.

peedy 11-07-2008 09:29 AM

She isn't the reason he lost. If he had ran his campaign like his concession speech he would have had much better results.

LilBro 11-07-2008 09:48 AM

Dont forget, Palin had a bigger audience turnout than McCain and Biden. Not that that means she helped or didnt help but its an interesting fact

EscortBiz 11-07-2008 09:49 AM

he would of had a way better shot if it was mccain - romney

pornguy 11-07-2008 09:49 AM

I think that the old man would have had a better shot without her, but he still would not have won. She was put on to make sure he did not win.

Bottom line....

McCain had no control over his campaign ...How would he control the USA?

Well said...

LiveDose 11-07-2008 10:30 AM

His campaign was weak either way. It's amazing he got as far as he did.

KillerK 11-07-2008 10:39 AM

If he had said the shit he said in the final days the last 6 months he would have won.

Redmanthatcould 11-07-2008 10:39 AM

The problem was the McCain people wanted to vote for was not the McCain we got for the last 6 months. He should have focused on selling his product, rather than discrediting his competitor.

Best Buy runs ads on their pricing, quality and service; not on how Muslim and terrorist Circuit City is. It certainly didn't help that he brought on a running-mate that gave W. and Ford a run for their money in terms of stupidity in politics.

I do enjoy hearing all the Republicans saying they can't wait for the "I told ya so" moment. I mean...you do realize it is your country and your future too, yea?

In any case, my left shoe could run the country better than W, so no matter what Obama does, we are all better off.

I've been praying for the last 8 years....
