I just finalized a content deal with a pretty big company. They were quite fussy about a number of details (damn lawyers).
Anyway, while chatting today he mentioned the following:
[2008.11.05 - 12:53] Dave: we were just talking, that you are probably the best content person I've ever dealt with
[2008.11.05 - 12:54] Dave: no one else has given us a reference like this
[2008.11.05 - 12:54] Dave: for the performers
[2008.11.05 - 12:54] Dave: i mean the 2257 addendum
I find while most content providers are lazy as hell, I put a lot of extra labour into things to make it easy for the customer.
It's nice to hear sometimes that it's appreciated.
