maybe, but I think Bush is more converned about getting his ass back to Crawford. I wouldn't doubt if Bush is already back to drinking Jack and snorting coke.

Not that I know of.. He is still fully in control until the baton is passed... He still has to clear things with congress and follow steps in theory but there are other things he can just command. I do not think he is gonna drop a bomb or anything just make more little changes to fatten his pocketbook and protect his ass in history...
