I started this thread regarding Exites advertising on this board,

ARS saw it and shut down my account because my banners are at the top of those pages. These codes were posted nowhere else but here to show what this program was capable of and how it cheats.

I've talked to them on the phone and they have reactivated my account. But be warned that ARS is adding to their TOS regarding this program and you will not be paid if you are found using this program.

Now if all the other sponsors will add similar clauses to their TOS, that would be an effective way of fighting this program. If people can't get paid, then there would be no need for this program.

If you run across links with this code, I would suggest reporting to the sponsors being advertised as well. Except the ones on that other thread. They were for example only and they are already aware of them. I've emailed admin here and asked for that code to be removed from these threads asap.

We need Bradshaw and some of these other guys who were offering to buy out the banner spot on the top to add it to their TOS also.

Might want to keep this on the front page for a couple of days to make sure that everyone who is against this program and owns a paysite gets a chance to see it.

A lot of small voices together can sound pretty loud :)

Damn, I just got an email from SicCash also threatening to shut my account down. I CAN'T HELP IT... my code was posted on this board as an example. I emailed admin here to delete it but they haven't.

I responded by email also, hope you read it :)

I sent you that when we found the code relative to your account in our logs. But since we have talked I am not terminating your account.

I will, however, terminate any more accounts that I catch using it, and there will be no email beforehand and no checki after either.

well if someone wants to use this, he/she will find sponsors that will accept it. I didnt like the idea at first and it's proved failed. Also,it can lead to serious legal issues.

I don't seem to see any Serious sponsors stepping up to shut down the program.... hummmm

Bottom line, they (sponsor) get all (100%) of the sign-up $$$$ while the webmaster's(affiliate) link code gets washed away in the transaction.

Damn board fudge ups.
