Software to run VOD on your own site? Check http://PhantomFlicks.com for an inexpensive solution or http://ObjectCube.com for a expensive one. Either that or hire someone to custom code the back end and run your own merchant account. Those are the only three options that I am aware of, and this topic has been discussed on the forum a few times.
