To anyone who even remotely wonders why McCain lost or is reaching for an excuse.

he lost because of george bush.
he lost because people are tired of the same old.
he lost because the world thinks the citizens of this country are not in charge of their republic.
he lost because he's old.
he lost because the republican voter base is depleting every election as they die off.
he lost because finally young america got off their lazy asses and actually voted.
he lost because the world is changing.
he lost because the economy is beyond repair by his party.
he lost because his platform was a fairytale.
he lost because it was time for change.
he did not lose because of Palin, keep telling yourself that.
the list goes on and on. i could come up with a hundred reasons.
bottom line is it was time.
the people spoke.
i welcome it, even if it gets worse before better.

she got many women's votes that would have gone to the dems. many many people voted the mccain ticket because of her.

All the polls that I saw suggested Obama got like 90-95% of the Hillary supporters.

Palin lost him a lot of moderate republican votes though. I agree with all of your reasons, but Palin definitely didnt do him any favors other than rallying the extreme right wing base that he should have had to begin with, but didnt because of the fact that he actually used to be a "Maverick".

I dont follow none of this shit, couldn't care who got in and who didnt.
Ill just be glad when things return to normal.
