It's still illegal, but you get a fine and your weed is taken away. Anything under an ounce will not show up on your record. It will be just like getting a speeding ticket, or more like a weeding ticket:)

it is passing pretty much by a landslide (last look 60+ to 30+) when it passes card holders will be able to:

have up to 2.5 ounces of pot
grow up to 12 plants

NOT be arrested for said possession of pot or plants

NOT be fired

etc, etc, etc.

All that is needed is doctors referral, fee and you can obtain a card.

And the funny thing, going by that link I posted, damn near ANYONE will "Qualify" for a card, I myself qualify due to my migraines and back issues and my outright refusal to take pills like Vics to calm it.

And as for "Depression" this is Michigan, were all fucking depressed thanks to our cunt of a governor lol
