Someone for CCBill PLEASE HELP!!!!
 

I get an email at 8:34pm EST that says our DRM has been shut down due to non-payment. No warning, no call, no email prior to shutting us down. It says call at earliest convenience to clear it up. We call and they say can't help you till tomorrow. Meanwhile all of our DRM videos don't work. It is probably a credit card expired. This is unlike CCbill and I need help now!!!!

I'm out of my home state in a hotel room. Just got this message:

Your account has been suspended due to none payment. We are unfortunately unable to restore your account at this time. Please complete the attache Credit Card Authorization form and return it to us (via fax or email). Once this form has been completed we will pass it over to our accounting department. Once a successful payment has been processed your account will be restored.

PLEASE someone from management help us get our videos working again. I get an email at 8:30 that you have shut us down, and can't turn it back on until I fax you something?
