I did not vote. Why you may ask? My state has voted democrat the last 20 elections. What the fuck difference does it make, 4 electoral votes just doesn't matter.

well, I voted in the last election for Kerry and in the end was just pissed off... I think this one is the bag though so why get off my cushy chair from a nice buzz to go see those normal town folk in a line for 20 minutes.

Has anyone here read the wikipedia page on electoral votes? You will not give a shit about voting after that.

um anyone who took a civics class in highschool knows this, but it still should not stop you from going out and voting!

I voted on like 10 state constitution ammendments, I voted for senate, judges, taxes, all kinds of things etc...

educate yourself.

But the fact still remains you used "electoral vote" as a reason not to go out and vote today. Meaning, you place no value on the other elections on the ballot. I was only trying to point out that it is silly to do so, considering you vote on much more than just the president.
