Software To List Projects, Deadlines, And Manage Your Portfolio ?

I almost have my new design portfolio ready to go live after months of designing/developing it..
As I have grown I have hired several new designer to my team..
I'm looking for software to possibly manage projects and have the ablity for me to post
deadlines on things so everyone can work harder with organization.

Anyone know of software like this ?? Thanks in advance :thumbsup

not sure. i wouldnt really care too much about that.

its designed to be a productivity tool. which would be my only concern.

That was my first idea .. So you just post events and all, and it reminds you of deadlines?

basecamp gets another vote from me

I use Basecamp. Works great.

I've experimented with a few things but ultimately I've found a whiteboard and index cards work the best. I write down the major projects on a list on the whiteboard. Weekly goals on the whiteboard as well. Each morning or the night before create a list of goals for the day on an index card and carry it with you.

If you really need some kind of software solution I recommend any of the iGTD type software programs.

I've been using BaseCamp, $25 version... pretty cool so far.

You know I have 2 giant white boards in my office now, and a 5 subject note book .. And I have created a page live online that I edit to try and keep up .. but still takes sooo much time ..
