How to Get Motivated to go to the Gym?
ill start fresh next week..ill start fresh next week..ill start fresh next week..i been saying that for the past 2 months :Oh crap i need to drop 12 lbs. :disgust
How do you Gfy fitness fanatics do it? |
I look at a pic like this, and say " that's how I want my ass to look"..

Have a solid goal, go on the bodybuilding forums and what not check out what routine is best for your goals and stick to it. If you go long enough, going to the gym is more routine than chore
when i am at the gym i dont think about anything else but working out. Its relaxing for me to get away from things for 1-2 hours |
just get yourself in there for a month straight, and then you'll become addicted to it.

I moved the table out of the dining room and moved a universal machine in there. My back hasn't hurt one time since I started working out again.

How about this.. visit the gym everyday for a week for a 10min workout.. Make sure each time you visit is a different time of the day. After the week is over, figure out which time slot had the most # of hot chicks there. Then proceed to go at that time each day, looking forward to your new workout buddies ;)

Just get a hot Personal Trainer : ), When I was a Personal trainer full time I would say 70% of my clients were male. It worked for them, it might work for you! If you lived in AZ I would get your ass in shape ASAP!

Just eat a lot of carbs and pretty sure you will probably need to go everyday in there :D

I was gonna die soon if I didn't get off my ass. But I've grown to dislike weight lifting as I've been doing it for 35 years. I heard a commercial for Xtreme Couture MMA gym in West Palm Beach/Wellington and decided to check it out. I started traing 16 monthes ago and lost 30 pounds in the first 2 monthes. I can now fight for 6 10 minute rounds with one minute rest in between. I still weigh 245 but I am healthier and look better, I am about to drop another 30 as I am going on a diet again. When I get to that weight I'll stay there just like I did previously. DO SOMETHING FUN!!!! SOMETHING YOU ENJOY!!!!! regardless of what it is just do it today. |
