Question for the ladies...15th year Anniversary coming up this month ;)

I usually don't ask for ideas for special occasions, but I am stumped at the moment.
Ok, I have a 15 year wedding Anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks and wanted to know what your man did to make something very memorable for you.
I have done about everything under the sun each year of our anniversary and I am in the market for some really dozers?.

My mother in law told me over the weekend that I could use her time share in Hawaii if I move fast, but I don't like to fly.........maybe in this case I may just get on a plane, but who knows

Thanks for the ideas, ladies :winkwink:

I vote Hawaii. We spent our 10th there and it was wonderful. If you hate to fly, and book Hawaii, then that shows her you are willing to go out of your comfort zone to make her happy.

hey sweets, congratulations!!! the 15th is the Crystal anniversary. take her out of town for sure, nice bed and breakfast in a smaller, quaint town. jewelry is always a win :thumbsup it goes without saying: fuck her like you've been out to sea for 6 months with no female contact.

You make some very good points, but I still hate to fly. I guess I will have to get some xanax or perks. The trip sounds very inviting, especially for a week.....:winkwink:

Are there even any ladies on here have had a marriage last longer than 2 years.

I never knew #15 was the crystal anniversary. Glad you told me this ;)

I definitely will be going out of town and I have done the creek side bed and breakfast cabin in Sedona so I may have to step it up a notch, but still a good romantic idea :thumbsup

I just gave her a tennis bracelet she has been wanting for some time....that makes 3 of them, Damn, how many can you wear.....LOL

Now the six months at sea and screwing like there is no tomorrow is a given, no doubt about it.

Well, all I can do is hope :winkwink:

I know of a few that won't last, but that is another thread :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

This looks pretty cool and romantic

It's located at the top of the state :)

We can always go to Hawaii for my birthday and Hawaii is for vacations, or at least I think it is....my wife may see it differently.

Believe me, this girl has a ton of jewelry and she is spoiled rotten.....I have made sure of that.
The proposal thing is similar to something someone mentioned in another thread that I started about this topic and I have to agree, it is one of the best suggestions I have had so far. Now I need to incorporate it into the whole scheme.

Helicopter ride is not on the list, but she can ride me instead :winkwink:

Yep, 15 years of pure bliss and I am looking forward to many more happy time with my lady :thumbsup

I am going to let her decide this one. I am just putting together some ideas and will incorporate one great suggestion I have already had. This is definitely going to be a great time. I just want to pull it off and make it as special as I can.

Any suggestions are welcome....help a guy out ;)

Bump for additional ideas. It appears as though she is digging the idea of the Hawaii trip. I hope the water is warm in November, cause I would like to go snorkeling if she is up for it.

If this is the crystal anniversary, what would a woman do with crystal? Crystal dildo....:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

AaronM 11-05-2008 01:00 PM

Dom and I are planning a caribbean diving trip. You guys should come along with us. :)

Pete-KT 11-05-2008 01:57 PM

Congrats on the 15 years

Honez 11-05-2008 02:08 PM

If you don't like to fly, take the QE2 or QM2 across the Atlantic and back again.

Hawaii sounds really good, s great gift and a good way to show you will overcome your dislikes just for her :)

You can do 14 little gifts/surprises all day long, than take her to a candle light dinner and give her one more very nice gift to end the day of your 15th wedding Anniversary.

Oh and have lots of SEX! :winkwink:

I think you just earned yourself the GFY best hubby of the year award!

Yep, married for over 2 years, and we lived together for 9 years before we got married. :)

well I'd chime in but I don't know what types of things she likes to do, or what cool places are in your vicinity.

However, maybe a themed mini vacation or something? I think anniversaries are more about the quality time you spend together than expensive gifts.

Sometimes the simplest things can be the most pleasureable. Spend a little time setting it up and surprise the hell out of her. :)

That would be nice, but it looks like we will be using the time share and going to Hawaii so far.
The cruise sounds more relaxing to me, but we need to jet and get back as I have business commitments. When are you two going? I can always run this buy her and possibly make a few changes......:winkwink:

Nope, don't like to fly and a cruise would be nice. I wonder what the cost difference is between flying and cruising. I will have to check it out. We don't have much time and need to make some final decisions by Friday.

These are some good ideas. I have so many from everyone that I am going to have to narrow this down. I don't think I can do it all in the time we have. I do my best to be a good husband for my sweetie :)

I think you are right, sometimes some of the simplest things always mean the most and staying in Hawaii on the beach and not rushing to do things could be the ticket...along with a few surprises :winkwink::winkwink:
