Breaking news: Cbs/gallup polls obama 54%-mccain 41%-ouch
|
also, not sure if you have heard.
a recent gallup poll shows that 4 out of every 5 people havent heard about the bird |
Yup no need for Obama people to vote its going to be a blow out.
|
Wow, 54 is the highest number Obama's had this cycle.
His individual number is much more important than the spread. In states where he's up by 5+ points but only polling at 47-48%, I think it's even money that he loses there. |

He's bound to lose several battleground states. So much more money, advertising sometimes at 10 times the rate as your opponent and up by a percent or two in a state... means it could go any way. It's possible for him to win all of them, but Murphy's Law tends to come into play in the real world. |

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Facts and figures have no place in right wingers minds. |
Just hope it doesn't go to everyones heads and all the Obama people end up not voting since it was "going to be in the bag"
Wouldn't that piss off everyone for the next 4 years. |

But I've probably been wrong more than I've been right in my life. So, we'll see. |

Only 18% of adults surveyed in America can answer 3 simple political questions correctly.
Your welfare check will be coming next month, don't worry about it. Until then, kiss my a$$, loser. |

First of all, I'm far from a right winger. I've been supporting Obama pretty much since he announced his candidacy 20+ months ago. I've donated money and had my Obama yard sign stolen/vandalized so many times (I live in a very red county of a very red state) that I gave up. What I'm saying, and alot of pollsters are saying this, is that the undecideds are likely to break heavily for McCain. Alot of the people who say they're undecided are ticket splitters, they're voting for democrats almost across the board, but still say they're undecided on the Presidency. That most likely means they can't see themselves supporting a black candidate. So what I said is true....if Obama is only at 47-48% in a certain state (especially a traditionally red state) then it's even money that he'll lose that state, even if he's a few points ahead of McCain in the polls, because of the way the undecideds will break. |

Kerry was ahead in the polls going into the weekend last time as well. Flip 50K votes in Ohio and Kerry is President. 600 more votes in Florida and Gore is President. I doubt any devoted democrat is going to stay home this time around. |
The Venetian just fired your mom and your dad lost his construction job?
Fuck you and your retarded family. |

You people have a serious fucking reading comprehension problem. I was talking about the individual states where his poll numbers are below 50%....ESPECIALLY those traditionally republican states where his number is below 50%. I never fucking said that I thought he was going to lose or that it was even money for him to win or lose the election, I was talking about specific states. Why don't you assholes quit surfing the board looking for a fight and read what people actually write. If you spent two seconds reading what I wrote instead of jumping on the first person you think you can flame, you would know that I'm not a right winger and I didn't say Obama only had an even money chance of winning the election. Now go fuck yourselves. Come back when you learn how to read. |
