EPASS problem - got charged 2x (ATM withdraw)
 

Had anyone same problem?

Three days ago I cashed out from ATM amount, its cleared now, i logged yesterday in epass account and i see exactly same (next) amount that was deducted too... this second is pending and both transactions has same date.

Its not even possible because of 520 limit and my account is now negative, in minus balance...

Same thing happend to me few weeks ago, it will automatically clear in one month.Hit up Michael i bet he can fix it sooner

Please email me your UserID and if you can please copy and paste the transactions into the email from your online statement.
Then I will look into it and get the Pending transaction dropped.

I hate when that shit happens.

Me too and it happens often.. It shouldn't ever happen and it is a bug they should get fixed.. No other visa electron card I use has those duplicate charge problems no matter where in the world I am.

I had the same problem recently.

I emailed Michael and he got it resolved in 24 hrs. :thumbsup

I am not sure this is the cards fault, more so the ATM.

Walmarts ATM's used to always do this to me. Didn't matter what card, 3 out of 5 times it did it to me.
