Is rasism a crime?
 

I am keeping my son home from daycare because one of the mothers found lice in her son's hair.. she called daycare and told the lady to check the black kid hair, she thinks her "perfect" son got it from him.

I am having a hard time believing she said that.. why the black kid?

Only if it's spelled wrong.

no it isnt in and of itself and be glad stupidity isnt a crime either, if it were GFY would be written on prison walls.

I don't think it would be a pretty scene if she blamed my kid.. especially if it was because of his skin color.

Racism seems to be more honest than this so-called "multicultural tolerance"...
