Well did paypal charge you?

Somebody posted a message that some paypal merchants would be charged $1500 for VISA and MasterCard by November 4th. I didn't recieve an email about this ever and have not been charged. I'm happy. Was this a rumour or was anybody actually charged?

I got the same message, and they havent charged me yet.. thought it wase something about being outside the US.

I'm outside of the US and nothing happend to my account and I never recieved any type of notice.
