NatalieSparks.com has been hosted with RackCo for years. However, recently upgrades to the sites and servers really tested their support, and I was extremely pleased with the level of support I recieved at all hours. Not only was their support responsive, but they were also knowledgeable. Some features that were greatly useful of their service:

• Live Chatroom support usually with more than 1 tech in it 24/7
• Simple Ticketing system
• Rapid ticket response time
• ICQ Support

I work with other sites that are located at other hosts such as realitychecknetwork that also offer top quality support, and we are not considering leaving any of our other quality hosts, but I did want to acknowledge that I do currently consider rackco to have support worthy of regarding as "top quality".

in other news, fuck lunarpages, for real... they'll lose your shit, they are even at the noc, they call in to someone else. no one answers their gorgeous ticket system. Fuck em
