I am not from any of those countries, close though and know them enough. Planning a trip as well.

yes :-( ... I was in my 10's when the war was happening...

I consider Dubrovnik...but only one city from Croatia...I have only like 12 days for that trip ;]

Come and visit Macedonia as well.Ohrid is amazing plus pretty good mountains and very warm and friendly people.Lot of sexy babes also :)

How do you travel?

Well I think that Vukovar is not that far away from Belgrade, there is a highway to Belgrade comming from Zagreb but not through Vukovar. That was the highway to hell. :(
