Is There Any Free Message Board Scripts That Are Good ??

I'm wanting to add a little private forum to my portfolio for my clients, and to manage my employees as well.. Any sugetions on a script to use ?? I know Vbull is good.. Not sure of the cost of it ..

PunBB is very nice and simple to use
phpBB is more powerful like VB, but more options etc to get setup.
