Need online project tracker
 

I need an online project tracker where tasks can be added, edited and followed up on by several involved parties. Paid or free, ideally free but NOT anything from Google. :thumbsup

I use Basecamp and you can do exactly that. There's no bloat and has a great UI. The guys at 37signals are great at what they do.
