Thats kind of a fucking hypocritical statement from a Ron Paul supporter.....

Manowar 10-27-2008 06:37 PM

wow, that's fucked up

dav3 10-27-2008 06:40 PM

Why the fuck would anyone, let alone a 'certified instructor', allow an 8 year old to fire an automatic weapon? The 'instructor' obviously wasn't paying to close enough attention to him, or he could have done something to prevent the uzi from kicking back all the way towards the poor kid.

So sad.

The Duck 10-27-2008 06:41 PM

How the heck does one need to be wired in the head to allow an 8 year old to fire a lethal weapon.

escorpio 10-27-2008 06:42 PM

Fucking morons. An eight year old has no business or need to be firing such a powerful weapon. That's what .22s are for.

PurrrsianPussyKat 10-27-2008 06:44 PM

Wow.. just wow.. :(

Fucking morons. A Mac-10 is a sissy weapon. Obviously a real man would have his 8 year old son firing:

Young 10-27-2008 06:47 PM

Westfield Mass = Trailers, pickups and guns

It was submachine gun day at the firing range. I guess pops thought it was a special enough occasion to bring his 8 year old son along with him.

Fucking tragedy. I wonder how he feels about that assault rifle ban now. Hate to make it political but this story proves a fucking point. The 2nd Amendment doesn't protect us against fucking morons with guns who give them to their kids.

Spunky 10-27-2008 07:00 PM

Damn,that's too fucked up

Bro Media - BANNED FOR LIFE 10-27-2008 07:15 PM

i hope the parents of that boy live with the guilt of letting their 8 year old fire such a powerful weapon

Agreed 100%. My family didn't even graduate me to a .22 until i reached 10 years old.

Young children need to be taught "marksmanship" with a BB/pellet gun. Heck even paintball guns these days are acceptable substitutes.

This kind of accident just looks bad for the entire gun/enthusiast community. :2 cents:

An uzi isn't a rifle. So he probably feels the same way he always did.

I wonder how the father of a 8yo who died on a 4-wheeler feels about them now?

Or the father of a 8yo who died on a jetski etc.

All pretty relative. All of the things i just listed shouldn't be operated by an 8 year old.

Or that 8 year old the other year who slipped and fell on the butter knife they were using to make a PB&J with mom in the kitchen.

Seriously though. I'd vote for FletchXXX's licensed breeding initiatives.

Yes...but Uzi's fell underneath that ban. 13 weapons in total did I believe.

Jet Ski vs Gun. Yes. Brilliant....genius comparison....

Young 10-27-2008 08:19 PM

The comparisons in this thread are fucking mind boggling.

Jet Ski? Butter Knife accident?

This dude gave his fucking 8 year old son a machine gun.....

Obviously you have some common sense to see how dumb the circumstances in the article are. However, those in articles such as the above, out number you (and me). And, you're only reading about it because it's the #1 journalistic rule: Dog bites man = not news | Man bites dog = news.

ExLust 10-27-2008 09:36 PM

Tsk tsk tsk, Kids in 2008 are now hardcore in shooting. This is not the first time I heard in the news about a kid handle guns.

The Judge 10-27-2008 09:41 PM

What idiot buys that piece of shit 'gun' ? that thing has accident spelled all over it, folks buy because of the propaganda in the movies and tv by the dominating ethnic minority. If he was using ANY other submachinegun that would not have happened.

NinjaSteve 10-27-2008 09:48 PM

Holy shit. Isn't there an age restriction on gun handling?

Exactly - because then, maybe the gun in an 8-year old's hands could have veered sideways and shot other people. Or it'd kick so hard the kid would have dropped it. Or something.

What was your post about, by the way?

NoWhErE 10-27-2008 11:45 PM

I can't believe it, this kid his holding an uzi at 8? I'm 25 and I've never fired nor even held a gun in my life.

I have been shot at however...

woj 10-28-2008 12:07 AM

that's fucked up :(

Vicious_B 10-28-2008 06:10 AM

Thats unbelievable and even if the father thought it was okay to hand that kind of weapon to an 8 year old what kind of "certified" was this instructor that he thought it was okay for this kid to be handling such a weapon

MediaManiac 10-28-2008 06:18 AM

moron's! this is just sick letting an 8 year old shooting that kind of uzi..

DWB 10-28-2008 06:35 AM

Oh yeah, I forgot how Ron Paul advocated giving children that dont know how to use a big wheel with any skill an automatic machine guns to test out. Ron Paul believes in gun rights not gun stupidity. Nice try though.

Kudles 10-28-2008 01:41 PM

holy crap thats so sad
