The government needed some way to strip away the privacy of American citizens. Maybe it was an inside job, maybe it wasn't. But one thing is for sure, they took advantage of people's fears and made it legal for every form of communication to be recorded and archived and held against you at anytime. There is no need for probable cause to search a person now. You can legally be detained for no reason. There is nothing patriotic about the patriot act.

At the very least, I think they knew it was going to happen but didn't know exactly when or how to stop it.

Consider what would have happened had they shut down all air traffic while they look for some terrorists about to do this. How long would that have taken? The effects may have been worse than 9/11 itself.

kinjo, i suggest you research the planes check out youtube none of them crash into the WTC but blend into them. some videos show the nose of the plane coming out the other end which is completely fake - how can the nose of the plane come out the other end intact - impossible - its made out of light materials.

Sorry dude, I was there that day and saw the 2nd plane with my own eyes. The 1st plane that hit was carrying my aunts best friend. While I believe (based on other factors that day) it was a False Flag ops in one sense or another, I can assure you those two planes were real.

In my opinion if "the most powerful country" in the world (United States) lets a low-class country like Iraq or Afganistan or Al-Qaeda group in intelligence, do this to them then they must be blind.. and we're not =)

I remember back 15 years ago in 1993 when Pablo Escobar was a multi-billion drug dealer, the most powerful one in history from Medellin, Colombia. the US intelligence delta force were helping the Colombian government to "capture" him, they were flying with spy planes around the city listening to all the telephone conversations and scanning them with computers to detect his location, and finally they found him. If you terrorized by someone or by your government then you'll do anything to make that stop, in this case if you want something from someone or from somewhere you create a vision on the public which in this case is the 9/11. You point with your fingers where the source and cause of the problem came from (Iraq, Afghanistan, al-qaeda) then you send your troops there. Shouldn’t it be intelligence and spy planes? Why the need or thousands of troops in a remote country? What’s the need or what are they guarding? Those middle east countries are rich in Oil and the 700billion bail out is not even a nail to what exactly the US gov could earn with their OIL.

I don’t really know what’s the deal here and why Obama Bin Laden, but one thing for sure is that the US has been there for longer time than what you think. If you see for example Russia invading New York then Russia get a nuclear from US and everyone is OMFG Russians are evil, and who planted the nuclear?
