It wasn't up to par with the rest of them, and of course it left the door open for a part 6.
Still enjoyed it though.

Thought about going tonight, but nah, I need sleep more :)

Dang, I haven't seen any of the "Saws" yet. I know people who have seen them all. They all say the first one was the best.

First one was the most thought provoking for sure.
The only one I wasn't fond of was #3... where they were all trapped inside a house.

what a cashcow this saga is... and they left it open for another flick... damn.. very well written movies.. but yes the first few were the best IMHO

You're thinking of Saw 2, bud. The one where there is a deadly gas in the house? Tokyo Subway attack gas..

Oh, and I just got back from watching Saw V as well! Glad to see another saw fan. :D

Saw 1 was great because of the supsenseful build of the movie, which was comparable to the original Halloween. I loved it. After 1 they lost that and it became a blood fest. Another similiar aspect to Halloween and Saw 1 was that there was very little blood yet you would swear it was gruesome as hell. The camera/editors deserve alot of credit for the success of those movies.

Opens next week on my shitty city... yay!

i thought it was kind of lame imo... cool ending though & the floater thing was brutal

i just dont like how from #4 on they're including detectives that were on the case but we never even heard of until #4

they should have never killed off jigsaw in #3

I like the SAW movies also but its simply MIND BOGGLING that porn is BAD and SAW movies are good. What a country.

No yay, no wanna see it - it's a continuation of Saw 4, drab, dull story and flashbacks to previous traps with some new ones trown in. Very very bad final attempt, could have been so much more!
