    non-recurring option

Am I losing a bunch of conversions because I lack the non-recurring option? Interested to know if any of you did not have this option then added it and saw an increase in sales.

The way vstrippoker is set up the user fully knows the price of the site prior to getting to the CCBill page. Form hits to sign-ups average about 6:1. To me it seems this number should be more like 2:1.

    Appreciate your experience and sharing!

I always have a 90 day non-recurring option. It works.

I'm gonna set that up as well. I never completely bought into a 30 day recurring and then 30 day non for slightly higher. So for the 30 non I'm gonna offer as a "one time" option if they close the sign-up page.

I would have to think if someone knows what a site costs, then click into paying for it those numbers would reflect more of a 2:1 conversion.

        I always have a non-recurring.

But I give discounts for recurring.

Not really. Just charge more for non-recurring, and people pay it. Yes, that is right. Probably 30-40% of the time. Then will sign up again the next month, or the one after, pay more again. Some people just do not want auto-billing.

Even more discount on longer terms, 90, 180, etc.

yup it's true. People have been fucked over so many times with recurring that they will pay more for a month non recurring. I price it $5 more and if I see too many non recurring I will raise it another $1-3 and it equals out without hurting sales or rebills

                Yep.

As it has been said many times on GFY, and the boards. If you have something people want. They are going to pay for it. Whether $10.99 for a single clip on a clip store when the membership is $29.95, or $5 more for a non-recurring option.

The point is, have something people want. Dial into your niche. People will pay for it.
