Videoing your voting in the polling place. Everyone should do it.

I want to see these voting machines that are changing the votes from one candidate to another.

Reminds me of the simpsons when homer kept trying to vote for one candidate and the machine kept casting votes for the opponent.

I read news the other day that early voters with those SS&E machines or some shit like that were casting votes for opposite candidates than the one the person chose.

I would love to see some video of this end up on TV.

:1orglaugh

I went in to vote on Monday and was asked if I wanted to vote electronically. I said "sure". When the lady was checking my ID, for some reason I asked if it was a "Diebold" machine. She confirmed and I said, "okay, I want a paper ballot now." She laughed, as well as the lady behind her, but I insisted, saying I was a nerd and read too many tech articles. I eventually had to use a provisional ballot.

Moral of the story: When you sign up absentee and somehow forget that ballot's in your house, your chances of using an electronic voting machine, even when you don't want to, get smaller.

Its a fact, and considering the originator of the software admitted he did it, I dont see why people dont believe it is happening to be honest.

Just so you know "Diebold" actually changed its name for voting machines. The name is now "Premier Election Solutions Inc"

Fletch, lol I sent this to Diebold today:
"I am looking for one of your voting systems that miscounts votes and applies them to different candidates or simply ignores the vote for a specific person. Please provide pricing and setup times. I would like my system up before November 1st. "
