I was reading I forget where. It was hard for the market to actually crash today because of all the 401k's, it creates a foundation.

Just keep working on my new projects. Plugging away on shooting more content.

Looking at scooping up some rentals possibly. Paying down more of the few bills I do have... I would like to have jetski, and truck paid off by spring. Then I would have nothing except my student loan to pay.

That said, there are a lot of investment opportunities out there. Finding the one that is right for me, and my company is tasty. But we'll see. I have a lot going on, but I am at that point where I can't grow much more without bringing on some help.

I have a couple of part timers that help me. But they are not from 'da biz'. So that is where you run into problems. You need someone who understands, and can do shit. Traffic, link building, submissions, SEO, maintenance, and so on.

When you just have some pay check player in there. You can have them so some of the maintenance, but they are not going to be able to do the other things you need. THAT is where I need the help. It's hard to find for sure.

Especially when it comes to trust, plus skills, and US based.

I think we are a match made in heaven...
