From my recollection... Obama is the front runner of funding sketchy polls...

The original poll is without question Bush trailed Al Gore and we all know who won... just bringing some fresh air to the current poll

When McCain wins...

Is it gonna start a riot?

And the poll was correct in the end. Gore got about half a million more votes than did Bush which is exactly what the poll showed he would do. But the popular vote doesn't matter, it is the electoral votes that mattered and everyone knew it would come down to Florida.

We are still a few weeks away, but if the polls on election day look like they do today it will cause all kinds of problems. there will be legal challenges and all kinds of riots/demonstrations because people will feel like they got scammed (and maybe they will have)

There may be some truth to this. Just for grins, remember in New Hampshire, after Obama's surprise victory in Iowa, he was leading in the polls and Hillary was written off. Hillary won.

Obama has a hard time closing the deal and delivering the knock out punch. Be it his name, his race, his policies, whatever it is he can't ever seem to close the deal with the American voters. And him planning a huge victory party in Chicago isn't helping. I'm afraid his 30 minute TV ads may be too over the top and hurt him. But we will see.

And let's be clear, if the world's financial markets didn't melt down, McCain would actually be winning right now.

Just for full disclosure, I reluctantly support Obama this time around.

They only mean something when Obama supporters want them to. Just like Fox news being AOK when they are polling Obama ahead.

It comes down to state by state polling and everyone state by state poll I have seen counting the EC votes Obama is winning in a landslide.
