    TUbe site - Where do they take thier content ?

    I've been on mars with my fingers in my ears for the last 4 years.

    Where do Tube sites get their content ?

    Sponsors obviously, but in what format ? All I see is scripts who rip movies from FHG and display them as FLV...
    I have nothing to advertise ... yet.

              Legit tube sites rip FHGs, use sponsor-provided content, or license DVD content. Less than ethical tube sites get content from anywhere and rely on loopholes in DMCA and 2257 regulations.

                  They log into the programs, download the videos, upload them and let the tube convert them. Or the sponsor has a feed/dump that they can pull from, and the tube system will do the dirty work.

                      I don't get how (or why) they are pushing 15 min long movies ... They are killing their own business.

                          they are in the business of getting all the traffic and making what they can off of cam and dating sales and possibly upsells to their own memberships

                                      sort of, the owners of some of the busiest tubes probably fancy themselves in a similar way as a net entrepreneur a la youtube or myspace or digg

                                      at least one was supposedly shopping their tubesite for sale for tens of millions of dollars
