Can I use the content of a non-paying sponsor?
 

After a long long time I finally have a non-paying sponsor again. They did pay me in the past, but haven't done this for a long time now. It's not a lot of money, but it's money $317 to be exactly. I asked them when I could expect my check and they simply answered "The affiliate program was discontinued." although on their main page still is a link to signup as an affiliate and earn $$$ and the stats are still working too!! They have never informed webmasters about "the end of their program."

Do you think I'm allowed to use their content for free on my site now? How much content and for how long? Please give me your opinion.

Did they give you a license for them? If you dont have a license, you cannot use it.

If you think they are still ripping people off, name and shame them. Your fellow GFYers need to know.

Then send this URL to the webmaster and see what he says. It's amazing how a bit of publicity brings these guys down to earth.
