PRE-LUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT: Next Generation "Floating Ads" Concept
Are you tired of making pennies on banners and text ads? Do you think your traffic is worth more than your getting now at your current ad network? Our next generation Floating Ad concept is one-of-a-kind. Floating ads get clicked 500% more than text and banner ads, or any other ad for that matter. Floating ads are new to the market, and most users have never seen one yet. So you can be sure they will get clicked by your users.
Best of all, our floating ads will not intrude on your surfers or your web site design. Each ad will show only once to your user in any 24 hour period. All ads are floated above your web page and have a "close" button that your surfers can click to close ad at anytime. All you need to do to show our ads is a single line of code within your web page. To see how our floating ads work, go to http://www.demarkos.net and if you like what you see, click the "WEBMASTER" link to join our network, and start make money like never before. |
they're not new, tons of mainstream sites have them and they are very annoying - but i'm sure they do get clicks, hard to miss them.

Just reminds me, does anyone of you remember sextab back then. That was awesome and it was LONG time ago. They paid like 6 cents a unique/site. Who ran that? They also ran sxymail or something like that if I remember correctly, used to do very well.
Someone find that sextab code, I want some nostalgy. |
Works in firefox for me and yes those are by far the most annoying ads on the net.

So... I am wondering how long it takes for this company to get sold then all of sudden thousands of webpage are page jacked through the code.

I don't know what you guys seen out there. But I want to set the facts straight.
1) All ads on our site will have the word "CLOSE". We don't use an "X" image. If a user don't want to see an ad, they click the "CLOSE" and the ad will not show again. I think this is a lot less annoying than having a blinking banner ad which cant be closed. 2) Ads are showing only 1 time to each IP in any 24 hour period. 3) The publisher sets the amount they want to charge for showing ads. They can charge by day, or by click. You can charge 10 times more for a floating ad than for a banner or text ad 4) We are not in business to hack or highjack anyone. If you want to show ads that get results, floating ads are the best money makers. And right now, we didn't see anyother site offering what we have. |
