What happened was they were about 60 million in the hole and needed a big investor to give them money. That investor was thought to be CBS, but they bailed after they saw how the Ken Shamrock thing was handled and seeing Jared Shaw jump up and down when Kimbo was stopped and then the final nail in the coffin of EXC was the fact that they tried to fix the fight but it ended up backfiring and then Seth outted them like an idiot on the radio.

We were just hanging out with Van Damme in Thailand. He was in Pattaya shooting some abortion of a movie. I've got pics, will load them if I get around to it.

For the record, Van Damme does NOT like ladyboys. He got in my face just for suggesting it. I told him to back down or I'd have someone slip a roofie in his drink and he would in fact wake up with a ladyboy and a sore ass.
