That is awesome! I was wondering when they were going to stop indexing the thieves.

sumz 10-19-2008 12:42 PM

Now get them out of google.com

~Ray 10-19-2008 12:42 PM

try the .com version for quite different results

example:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...earch&aq=f&oq=

DBS.US 10-19-2008 12:43 PM

Good for them:thumbsup

CaptainHowdy 10-19-2008 12:43 PM

Miguel T 10-19-2008 12:45 PM

Hopefuly soon they will disappear.

marketsmart 10-19-2008 12:45 PM

keep on dreaming... :2 cents:

Agent 488 10-19-2008 12:46 PM

in germany only.

heavysteve 10-19-2008 12:46 PM

It works on international/english google sites:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...om&btnG=Search

Remember that the fucking german offline porn industry trys to kill the online porn industry and they do this with killing porn sites (tube or none they don't care) with legal issues.

mrwilson 10-19-2008 12:47 PM

site: space urlname.com

I don't see it with space either.. only results for sites with the word "youporn" in them

daviking 10-19-2008 01:22 PM

lets assume every content owner starts to send out dmcas to all the SEs, and tubes would get banned from the SERPs.

Do you think tubes would still make profits without fresh SE traffic?

i dont think so, or at least it would cut deep in their slim profit margin.

WZRogeR 10-19-2008 01:24 PM

Nasty 10-19-2008 01:55 PM

The tube are still on google, your doing the query wrong, you need a space after the site:

http://www.google.de/search?hl=en&sa...&btnG=S earch
http://www.google.de/search?hl=en&sa...&btnG=Sea rch
http://www.google.de/search?hl=en&sa...&btnG=S earch
http://www.google.de/search?hl=en&sa...&btnG=S earch

evildick 10-19-2008 01:57 PM

do you see THE SITE IN QUESTION in these reslults?????

too bad its .de only though

d-null 10-19-2008 02:59 PM

do sponsors, as a matter of routine, send dmca requests straight to Google whenever they send them to an infringing site as well? does google have a threshold set where if a site receives a certain number of dmca infringement notices that Google will deindex the entire site?

that would be a great step if they did, and one would also hope that as a matter of course, that content owners file dmca infringement notices with everyone that may have some type of involvement ie. hosts, domain registrars, google, etc. whether or not it helps immediately, the more enablers that are made aware of the activity in documented form the better

Corleone 10-19-2008 07:29 PM

thats for germany. .try http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&s...&btnG=Se arch

Corleone 10-19-2008 07:31 PM

here is why : from wikipedia.org

"Germany

German law does not allow hardcore pornography without an effective age verification system, and the German Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien has listed YouPorn on its index. As a result, since April 2007, the German site of the Google search engine (google.de) has eliminated YouPorn.com from its search results[13] and replaced it with a link to Chilling Effects, claiming that a "German regulatory body reported illegal material".[14] Because the site itself was still accessible from Germany and the other Google versions in the German language (google.at - Austria; google.ch - Switzerland) still listed YouPorn.com, Google Germany's action was sarcastically commented upon in a large number of blogs.[15]

Following a request by a competing pornography service, German provider Arcor started to block YouPorn and a few other porn sites at the routing level in September 2007[16], affecting over 2 million users. The company that requested the block, Kirchberg Logistik, had itself earlier been sued for distribution of pornography to minors. The German Piratenpartei (Pirate Party) promptly opened a proxy server so that Arcor customers could continue to access YouPorn.

Arcor lifted the block on September 17 because the IP address-based filter which had been set up for YouPorn also affected other sites.[17] Kirchberg then sued, alleging that Arcor aided unfair competition by YouPorn, and on 19 October 2007 obtained a temporary injunction ordering Arcor to resume the block of YouPorn.[18][19] On 23 October 2007, Arcor started to block access to YouPorn again, this time with a DNS-based approach that is easily circumvented,[20] and successfully filed an appeal against the injunction.[21]

Kirchberg has sent notices to 19 German ISPs demanding that YouPorn be blocked, but none have complied.[22] Efforts by Kirchberg to obtain injunctions to block YouPorn against internet providers in Kiel and Düsseldorf were unsuccessful.[23][24]§"

Google loves the various sites I've tossed up ;) I have a special version of ES that is ugly as hell but loved by the search engines
