Porn, traffic, profits and .info domains

Curious here. With .info domains, its widely known with mainstream sites the traffic to .info domains is low.

So, in the adult world, is this the same? The pluses are the low cost on .info's but .com's get a larger portion...

Any thoughts on this?

So you would trade in the benefits of a .com because you save 5 bucks on the .info? :helpme:2 cents:

they used to be $0.99 per domain, say a spammer needed 3000 domains, thats ~ $3 000 instead of the $24 000 he would've paid for coms

You seem like you are on the right track!

You could go with ".info," if you want to fail miserably, but you could also go with ".cc" or any other fucked up extension as well. Good luck!

.Info, or anything dirtcheap, is my obvious choice for a throw-away splog/doorway/scraper site but I dont think thats what he intended to build.
