Update on Wegcash check situation.
First and foremost, I would like to offer my apologies over the recent delayed check issues. Wegcash has been in business for 10 years and I have been with the company for roughly half of that time. This is the first time that we have ever had any issues with payments. That said, I would like to take this opportunity to explain a bit more in-depth what occurred and what steps we have taken to resolve the issue.
The effected pay periods for delayed / inaccurate checks are the following: Sep 1, 2008 - Sep 7, 2008 and also Aug 25, 2008 - Aug 31, 2008
Since 2000, Jettis has served as our third-party check processing system. In other words, Wegcash affiliates receiving payouts in the form of a check have them cut from Jettis. Throughout the duration of this relationship, the process has been nothing short of fluid and timely. Unfortunately, the past two aforementioned pay periods did not result in the same timeliness and accuracy that we have all become accustom to. We have, of course, been in contact with Jettis and we have been assured that corrected payouts have been mailed.
Paying affiliates on time is something that we have always prided ourselves in. In my humble opinion, your program begins and ends with your ability to pay affiliates on time. Because this is something we feel very strongly about, we have taken the necessary steps and moved our check processing in-house. After some lengthy discussions, we feel that this issue is too important not to have in-house.
All that said, I again want to offer my apologies. For those still waiting for payouts, please contact me tomorrow and I will personally make your issue a priority.
