Newbie problem
Gents,
Hi! I have a newbie problem that I?m hoping you?ll help me sort out. 1st, when I sign up as affiliate I don?t hear anything from the providers. No replies on mails, etc. So, can anybody here set me up with niche content, peeing/pissing,? Has to be decent quality. 2ndly, is it still a good deal to sign up to different directories ? or is google on to this trick by now? gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=856717 thx |
A lot of people don't do that sort of content (neither do we) and may just be brushing you off.
If you can not get a reply from a sponsor, even if it just to tell you they can not help you out move on to a new one |
You only need watersports niche or will other rare niches work?

Gents,
thx for your replies. Watersports is the niche we are focusing on - and from the look of it there should be plenty of sponsors. However, they just dont seem too eager to share the content.. I'll give it another go. If any of you have any suggestions pls dont hesitate to post :) Br, Twinkie ICQ: 444925244 |
BTW, do you have any input on my 2nd problem?
thx |

B) What do you mean "is Google on to this trick"? Like, do they penalize for being listed in blog directories? |
Hi Mona,
thx for nr. 1. Yes, exactly - does G penalize for being listed on (too many!?) blog directories? Br, Twinkie |
Welcome to GFY, newbie :)

1. Do You also Check Your Junk? 2. No... it's backlinks anyways, why would You get penalized??? |
1. some sponsors seem to be awol especially alot of small ccbill sites, but if you aren't getting the attention you want then like others said here, move on
2. it is said that google never penalizes for links in, but it is also thought that directories and linkfarms have no link weight behind them either (in other words, google is likely to ignore most directory links), so it wouldn't be something to invest alot of time into |
Hi guys,
sorry for the late response – I’ve been away all weekend. Yes, I have been checking my junk/spam, everything. I’ve even reg. at different places and I receive zero attention. I have even written them emails as a friendly remainder to activate the account, yet still nothing. Could it be, that they are reluctant to work with a newbie? In my point of view they should be indifferent!? Br, /Twinkie |
what country do you live in ?
maybe its the iron curtain issue ... |
