In 2003 USD and EUR rates were equal, but due to the weak dollar, what in 2003 was 29.95 USD, would today have to be 40.63 USD.

How is this affecting You based on whether you live in USA/Europe? Or based on whether your users are from USA/Europe? Or do you even care?

Who feels business related costs have increased due to weak dollar?

Dollar was on 1.6 rate to euro, and now it's way much down, so it's better!

Having been in this business for so many years, I have felt both sides of a weak and strong dollar. I really think along averages mostly when it comes to such costs. I know early on, even pre 03 those outside the US were killing it and often charging more for services than today.

Business costs for the most part have decreased pretty steady over the past decade or so. Shit now is often brutally cheap in comparison. More are willing to work for less service wise. Only problem is programs are often required almost to offer so much more. Affiliates on other hand earn more per sale than ever before.
