Will there be another Wii shortage this Christmas?
 

Just wondering if I should use the one I have, or sell it on Craigslist in December.

i dont get all the wii hype, the graphics look like total shit compared to xbox/ps3

the shortage is of the new elmo ;) I found some at Target the week they came out and bought 8 of them and will be sitting on them until December!

We use the PS3 primarily, but if there's no shortage, I'll just open it up for the playroom and my son can have at it.

there has to be a high demand for shortages... anyone over the age of 18 realized the wii sucked after 3 weeks of having it.

1 guy at the office sold his already, the other one put it on the downstairs tv for his nephew to play and plays his xbox and ps3 instead.

I spent way too much on that piece of shit. What a disappointment.

lol no shit spent $450 on mine and used it for about 3 hours. Going to be putting it up on ebay :thumbsup

I picked one up having heard about another possible shortage.

if someone has a wii that they don't want feel free to send it over. i rather enjoy the simplicity. ;)

Wii is fun for parties etc, but if you are a gamer that gets into games stick with 360/PS3

well if there is a shortage I will put mine up for sale....I kept interest in it for a few weeks and that was it.

Back when the Wii was called GameCube everyone thought they were crap :disgust

Probably, but I still can't see why. Anyone who wanted one probably has one, and anyone who doesn't has played one and knows it's a waste of money.

Wii is for kids under 10 and adults over 65.

Got my Wii right before summer, I do believe. I enjoy it.I have a friend who hates video games, and he liked the Wii as well.

This is so true. I remember the rush for Guitar Hero Legends of Rock last Christmas. That was insane.

Sell it to meeeeeee. I need to grab one before Tales Of Symphonia: Dawn Of The New World comes out next month, because Namco Bandai's Tales Of series is totally my pet franchise. Unfortunately for me, they spread their games over almost every console they can =P I've got two of their games for the PS2, one for the GBA, one for the 360, one for the GameCube, and there are games for the PSP and DS as well =/ And then if I really want to get serious, tons of games that never got imported to North America at all...

Yes, I'm seriously planning on buying a Wii, PSP, and a DS just for these games. I'm gamer-whipped.

Anyhow, to contribute to the actual topic, stores around here don't have them in stock... I check every time I'm in a store that might have one, because I don't want to break down and pay way over retail on eBay =/
