For the people coming to the Island Gathering...

Bring your raincoats....

Today is the worst day I have seen in many years. :2 cents:

P. Nash 10-14-2008 10:29 AM

Well Shit! Maybe I should just stay in Phoenix.

JenniDahling 10-14-2008 11:43 AM

It looks like thundershowers for the rest of the week. But I'm still looking forward to it! I leave tomorrow, can't wait to see you and your hyper doggie Pat!

wielco 10-14-2008 11:48 AM

I'd love to come! And cheer up, you can still wear your short pants, drink amstel bright and see hot latina's and students everywhere, unlike holland, where its getting autumn, sell tap heineken, and everybody is getting grumpy!
I say yo grab a amstel bright on me!

Hmmm. How bout you guys come down to Curacao?

Pornopat 10-14-2008 05:45 PM

Update.
Its officially a tropical storm now. At the westpoint of the island fisherboats have sunk at the capital Willemstad was flooded with water today. On a lot of beached the beaches have washed away. Also some parts (far away from the showhotel) are without electricity.
According to the American Broadcasts "Omar" is 200 km away from Curacou but out local radars tell us it is 150 km away.

Having said all this I was still driving around today and did not experience any problems. Curacou is a very safe island hurricane wise because of its location. So far its all still safe. Just dont expect to be having cocktails on the beach under the sun....

Paul...first Blue Curacou is on me...:)

Wielco bitch...that pic is from Bonaire! I know because I took that pic..lol

Hey all! I'm in Curacao right now and my hair is SO frizzy, fuckin' rain.

We checked out the Maleflixxx locale last night and had dinner under the stars, in front of the cute ass Dutchie buildings, and you are all in for a treat!

No doubt there is rain right now, but I'm in the Marriott and all is well.

I wouldn't leave your bathing suit and sunscreen at home!!!
