I'm looking for sponsors with the cleanest and best looking join pages, preferably for dating and cams, but if there is another real good one other than those, please do list :)

Also please list if the sponsor does customization as well, thank you so very much.

look I tested tons of different join pages and what I have now works best, if there would be one pattern that works for everyone and everything the world would be great but testing is important, and like anything else in this business my advice is always test everything you never know what works, heck how many things did you think will work and then didnt do shit.

You make very good points about people not paying attention to the join thou.
