Do you have / ever had genital warts?

80-90% of people get HPV at some point in their lives. % should be higher for people who work in porn. Anonymous poll, please be honest.

evildick 10-13-2008 10:33 AM

lol, not so anonymous

Scott McD 10-13-2008 10:37 AM

Not yet anyway... :2 cents:

CaptainHowdy 10-13-2008 10:53 AM

Yes and from the hottest girl I've ever banged...

Vicious_B 10-13-2008 10:57 AM

I know three girls that have HPV and all three of them got it from their first bf first time. And oddly they all three waited til they were in their 20's to do the deed. I dont think they have had the genital warts side effect but I do know they have to get a piece of their cervix snipped off once a year and one of them had a cervical cancer scare.

Gasper 10-13-2008 11:55 AM

Yeah, HPV :(

It's all good now

Farang 10-13-2008 02:43 PM

80% no? You've got to be shitting me :1orglaugh

brassmonkey 10-13-2008 03:07 PM

mrwilson 10-13-2008 03:09 PM

Imortyl Pussycat 10-13-2008 03:15 PM

i got vaccinated against it and recommend all women do the same :thumbsup

jawanda 10-13-2008 03:29 PM

got 'em years ago but luckily haven't had a problem in a long time

jawanda 10-13-2008 03:31 PM

One more comment on the "% should be higher for people who work in porn" comment.. dude, most people on this board sit in front of their computers at home all day. I'd say the % should be way lower than average... lol. You know how much more tail you are exposed to working in, say, a restaurant? I'm just saying.

Actually most men have HPV but never show any signs or symptoms. But they do keep spreading the disease. What sucks even more is a condom does not block the spread. On men HPV is microscopic. So women need to be vaccinated! they can get cervical cancer from it. Typically 70 -80% of men do have it and don't even know it.

you brought up a very good point. any guy that has had a case of another std, likely has HPV and didn't get checked for that at the time because they didn't have symptoms. ladies, if you are not asking for labs before taking on a new partner and not using a condom, you are going to be very sorry later :(

get the vaccination now and you won't have to worry about this one!!!

Nope, I never had it. I don't really "work in porn", I'm a webmaster sit in front of the pc all day and I don't interact with any human beings at all (except on message boards and sometimes icq) let alone have sex with them. In order for me to have sex I would actually have to leave my house and talk to someone. (which I don't plan on doing anytime soon).

I only have sex with myself (solo sex), and not with other people) so it's safe.

mozadek 10-13-2008 03:49 PM

For those who caught HPV, were you using a condom with the girl who infected you?

If it shows no symptoms, it's undetectable in males

Fuckin Sucks Ass

Men can get anal cancer from it. Rare, but possible

yeah the only sign they get are odd growths that can even be blown off as nothing if they are very small. too bad men cant get the vaccine yet. it wasnt even available to women my age but i got the vaccination during a clinical trial a dr. friend of mine was doing 2 1/2 years ago. better safe than sorry

SomeCreep 10-13-2008 05:33 PM

99.9% of female and male pornstars have either genital herpes or genital warts.

Pleasurepays 10-13-2008 06:03 PM

i would guess that people wouldn't know if they carry the virus or not unless they have been tested for it specifically. just because you don't have an actual wart(s) on your genitals, doesn't mean you can't at any time in the future or that you're not carrying the virus.
