Gonna call shenanigans on this. The guy on the right looks like makeup. The blue is inconsistent, and looks like it's been rubbed off above his lip.
The other guy's looks like an old tattoo like the ink is fading in his left brow area. And it certainly doesn't look like it was done 'recently' as the article claims. |
