how do stars look so hot into their 50's?

just saw a picture of Heather Locklear nearly 50 in a bikini and she looks amazing, and then saw this video of Madonna at 49 years old and she looks hotter than she did when she was in her twenties

is it true that 50 is the new 25, at least for those with good genetics and good workout and nutrition habits?

EscortBiz 10-12-2008 04:55 PM

when you can afford tons of GH non stop and botox and good trainers and diet experts you can do it

Manowar 10-12-2008 04:57 PM

if you saw them in real life they probably look just as rough as normal people, and if you ever got to squeeze their face you'd probably notice the gallons of botox in there

don't think botox does anything to make a body look good, it might hide some lines on the face, and lipo doesn't look good in a bikini either, usually lumpy

the Human Growth Hormone theory sounds plausible though, fountain of youth in a needle

They eat really healthy foods high in antioxidents. If you eat healthy and take your vitamins you can age good too.

Because they live in a health conscience area (LA) where pretty much everybody eats healthy and works out regularly, it's normal there. Plus, when your job requires you to look good & be healthy, you tend to do what it takes to look good & be healthy.

Spunky 10-12-2008 05:14 PM

Heather looks great for her age

You are witnessing the first group of people to reach 50 after the "exercise revolution".
The 60's was all drugs and then the 70's came with body building and jogging.
(Jim Fixx http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Fixx , Arnold schwarzenegger)

Fixx was more influental then even Arnold!!!

Before 1975, if you went jogging people would ask you where the fire was?
No shit, I'm serious.

It was the start of the low fat diet, weight watchers, the explosion of public gyms such
as Bally's, not just jocks but everyone started lifting weights.

The attack against smoking and the first admission that is was actually bad for you.
The new openess about alcohol abuse and treatment.

And last but now least, new and very highly improved sun block and sun burn awareness.

This is just the visual results of people who started these things in their teens in the 70's.

d-null 10-12-2008 06:05 PM

very good points sortie

one thing that is sad that we are seeing in this generation and past is the amount of cancer that seems to be around, even young people in their 30's getting cancer

probably in 100 years they will look back in amazement at all the bad shit that we were eating and doing ie. mercury fillings, pesticides on food, plastic baby bottles, etc etc etc

They have their own staff to take care of their looks. That's how they look so hot.

:2 cents:

mynameisjim 10-12-2008 06:58 PM

Well, if you are considered one of the most beautiful people on the planet at age 25, chances are you will be pretty good looking at 50. Everyone seems to be missing the starting point is pretty good with these people.

If you are average or slightly below average looking at 25, it's just going to get worse in most cases as you age. Although I've seen some people get better looking as they find their own style later in life.

BTW, I've seen some recent pictures of Madonna and she looks like a monster.

You should read his book.

Before Jim fixx started jogging his doctor gave him a couple of months to live
because he had such a severe congenital heart condition.
His death was sure to come.

Fixx was advised to avoid sex with his wife because it could cause his heart to
fail. He was depressed and decided to commit suicide.....by running!!!
He went out and ran until he passed out, but he didn't die.
Pissed that his death wish had failed, he tried again the next day.
Once again passing out but not dying.
He kept trying and noticed that he was running farther and farther and farther without
dying. Over time he quit trying to kill himself and begain to enjoy the runs.

He started having sex again, was able to work again, wrote a book and became famous.

So did jogging improve his life? Everyone alive thought so and the joggin crazy began.

How big a deal was this?

I read his book back in the 70's and I typed the above stuff from memory.

I can't type a single quote from Othello but I read it too. :)

Lamis 10-12-2008 07:06 PM

They WASTE 100,000 dollars per month in surgeries, bottox, special gym, new therapies, blood transfusions, ETC ETC ETC...

No, a normal person can't be like them.

They are all fake.

Pffft!! And every guy with a bicep is on steriods, and every webmasters making
more than $500 is a spammer, and all good looking tits are fake, and she only gets A's
by cheating, and all the people ahead of you at work fucked their way to the top...etc...

Why can't some people just admit that they are lazy as shit and that's why they don't
get the results that others do?

This makes a lot of sense. And it seems the better looking people don't smoke or drink, or they do it moderately.

You gotta mix it with a little steroids in order for it to work wonders

webmasterchecks 10-12-2008 08:51 PM

well, it has a lot to do with the person. im in my 30s and ive had a chance to meet girls in their teens and seen what they look like 10-12 years later. it takes a combination of good genetics and a good fitness routine to look good when your older, and imo a small % end up achiving that goal.

you see people that start off the same and some end up looking like george clooney at 40 and some end up like they hit a wall, but id say more than half of it is their own will.

webmasterchecks 10-12-2008 08:56 PM

and let me also say that this is a subject to where, if somebody looks good at a certain age, people will say, yea, they take this and they take that, but in many cases its just a good fitness routine, good eating habits, and a litte luck.

but its obvious some just quit caring.

It's all true.

I did the Jim Fixx and the Arnold and it works.

But, you will see post after post of people who live like total slobs and their only
defense is to accuse the people who lived healthy of using some miracle drug or
surgery. It's pathetic.

You can tell these people what works, you can show them the light,
but they will ignore it and tell you that their "health is fundamentally sound". :1orglaugh

Actually I think society in general is pretty vain. Plenty of non famous people will spend a fortune to look young. Plastic surgery is so common now. Kind of sad but true.

I think some of these Hollywood types get too carried away with being skinny so they look good in clothes, but when you see them like that it looks terrible.

That Heather Locklear does look pretty damn good though for her age.

kisskatlyn 10-13-2008 01:10 AM

I hope I'm still fucking hot mid 20's men when I am 50

Pleasurepays 10-13-2008 05:41 AM

you are singling out a few people that look great.. and ignoring the fact that the bulk of them look like ass without being surrounded with 5 stylists and makeup artists 24hrs a day.

pornguy 10-13-2008 05:45 AM

A lot of it comes from the money, and the TIME. I know I know everyone on GFY is a billionair, but they have the time. You are always working.

They make a movie/tv show, and then have a month off or more. They have the TIME.

Drake 10-13-2008 06:01 AM

Locklear is an exception even for celebs.

cherrylula 10-13-2008 06:13 AM

you really think Madonna is still hot?

http://img.perezhilton.com/wp-conten...ankle__oPt.jpg

she has soo much plastic surgery, and has to have a professional cake on makeup to look okay.

If you see them close up, without makeup, they look like freaks.

that is a huge subject way beyond the scope of a few posts in a thread

do some searching for some of the older respected bodybuilding boards on the net, there are 1000's of people experimenting all the time with growth hormone, and many people swear by the rejuvenating effects

it is expensive though, that is the main problem, and also the fact that the government thinks it is fine to infringe on your individual rights to treat yourself and obtain the gh (so much for the land of the free), which is also keeping the prices high

in countries other than the u.s. it is a little more reasonable
