haven't played with that yet, going to head down to Best Buy and see if they have it in stock

Yeah, but there's a difference between getting the software and toying around with it, and getting someone who's a flash designer to create. Just wanting to pay for what looks good.

You're right.

Just hire someone to do your banners and be done with it.
You'd spend the next month playing with flash and still have no banner worth
showing.

yes, I agree with you completely, but there is nothing wrong with playing around either, of course for business it is worth it in saving time and getting good design to just pay somebody

unless you're familiar with or wanna get into OOP, i wouldn't spend (read: waste) the time/money

flash does so much more than that it'd be a shame to get it just to make some banners
