Surfer trying to scam, email and phone call
 

When someone tried to login to one of my sites with many ips they get an error saying to email us.

So we get the following email.

I don't know because I bought the account in real life from the guy. He was a male, I don't know if he bought it off someone or if it was his, but we were talking online and he didn't want to say his name for some reason. I then met him somewhere, and to protect my own identity I can't tell you sorry. Then he gave me the paper and showed me on his laptop that it worked. I bought it for only 5$, simply because he no longer wanted it and knew me pretty well. I still don't know his name though.

For the heck of it even thou I though hes in another country since he wrote 5$ we had him call in, he dont realize that anything he says during the ring gets recorded too, PS hes from WA state, no time really to bother with this but who knows.

It sounds like hes saying to his friend "I stold the guys users and password..."

This 800 number is set to record calls as soon as it rings to my line, so it rings into the IVR system and as soon as it dials out to reach me the recording starts, so you hear the ringing of my phone as well as any conversation.

Comes in handy many times

lol... when I've spent 2 minutes going through a menu, typing out an account number or phone # and having the system read it back s-l-o-w-l-y to verify it, then it rings for 2 seconds and a message about how we value your call, but all our operators are busy comes on... I usually say something like "yeah, that'd be fucking right." I might hold my tongue now I know it's possibly being recorded. :1orglaugh

(Once I actually get through the first thing the operator usually asks is the account/phone number............................. :mad: )

Funny thing is that there is now IVR technology just beginning to be implemented that will be listening to your tone of voice, the words you are saying and amplitude of your voice so it can better determine your mood. Make no mistake, the more irate people, the system will work on making sure they are dealt with first, or escalated to a supervisor immediately on contact, the silent or more complacent, will wait in line like good little sheep.
