canspam is not optin. under canspam you can mail anyone until they ask you to be removed

Errr mailers generally don't want their details known, without providing contact info of your own I don't think you'll get much luck.

they opted in. but obviously if sold they didn't optin to the buyer. reguardless, can-spam does not require optin. icq 470-149-099
