I'm looking for PHP/MySQL programming work, and come across lots of ads like these:

Linux/PHP Developer Specialist wanted

- Must have 10,000+ years experience and at least 4 doctorates in Computer Science. Nuclear Physicist and Brain Surgeon a plus.
- Must know PHP, javascript, ASP .NET, MySQL, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, C++, D++, E++, ... Z++
- Able to decode JPG images from raw Hex output in your head.
- Must have good communication skills, speaking at least 8 languages in at 12 dialects. Japanese, German, French etc. Swahili and Xhosa a bonus. (look it up)
- Full-time, 9-5. Starting at $28,000 annual salary.

What are these guys thinking??? This isn't a sign of the times, I see this year after year...

Funny... but very common online.... there are many people who want to pay pennies for this type of work........ especially if they then turn around and resell your services for a lot more.....u just have to set your price and not settle for shit like this even if u need the money.....

Well what I was trying to get at is they want top knotch programmers, but pay pennies for it. Maybe I exaggerated. And these are not small guys that I am talking about, but established companies with 100+ employees.
