Name the top 5 reasons you are voting for Obama. Make sure none of them have anything to do with the other candidate. Just simply 5 of your top reasons. These can be his political accomplishments, his plan for the country, whatever just be specific. |

1) Healthcare for at least children, which is cheap. A double shot in one: A huge push for preventive care, about time! Do I get 3 in one? Healthcare for people born with life problems that don't deserve to be pushed aside. 2) "IF" he was to say what he says about Gov, killing un-needed programs, reducing others, from fed to state. I like the idea of a small gov that spends as little money as possible. 3) Iraq, war is war, and I don't think we should just run. But 10b a month is way off the chart and he is correct, we should be using that oil/money to pay for this, us, them, whatever. Unlike now, where we steal parts of it through corps. 4) I own several Companies, I hate that we "might" have to pay higher Corp tax. I like the idea that the loop holes will be killed. Now, if he follows up and lowers taxes because it's now "fair"...then a double shot of good. 5) And in International news: He is correct, the previous Bush policy of fuck you, does not work. Putting the proper people in place, using other Countries, and trying to work with others, actually does work. And again, if he holds to what he said, he will deal with any war problems, if needed. Now, I tried to select 5 different things between the two.. And I tried to give you a selection of topics. I'm not saying every idea is perfect, and no he doesn't have a full list game plan for us to view (not that anyone does), but he does have ideas and his ideas in theory would work if executed correctly. |

Good Lord. How does a thread about dumb motherfuckers on this board turn into a conversation about the election? I could start a thread about mayonnaise and by the second post we'd be talking about if Obama likes mayo on his sandwiches.

Let's see, go off of what McCain has said he will do to reduce gov / lower taxes or healthcare. Or go for the man that actually gave an answer on how he could or might, be able to help. If he doesn't do it, well then I lost nothing. But if he does.. amazing. Quote:
Now, in our Gov terms, 16 months is prob to fast. But with Obama lovin the UN I have no doubt they will step up and take the slack. Quote:
I don't expect him to help Companies. I have been running a business for 11 years and haven't had any help from any president. Going of his word, which is all I have and more than McCain has said. I expect him to make the playing field fair. And if that is achieved, then lowering taxes to match the rates of other Countries is understandable. Reducing the holes also reduces the error. Reducing Company tax does not create jobs just like allowing loans to small businesses doesn't pay for jobs. Reducing the tax on Money brought into the Country, has produced Jobs.. Which is the area Obama is talking about reducing if the other areas can be corrected. Kinda hard to tell me the man doesn't know business when he is attacking the exact real problems with solutions. And again, a lot more than McCain has suggested. Saying, "my friends" I know how to reduce your Corp taxes, he never says how much, when, how or what areas.. I have to buy the mans bullshit with the game plan over the man just calling me his friend. Quote:

I don't know if the Dems have someone better or not. You asked about info on him and I provided it. Personally, I'm not a Democrat. |

1.Healthcare plan _ ( who cares how he pays for it..we're already asshole deep in debt) at least I can live longer
2. Iraq war- Need to get out, need to spend the $10billion at home 3. 80% of the world would respect and give us another try if Obama is elected 4. Giving hope to a "normal" minority with no money or born w/out silver spoon, that they have a chance in the USA 5. he's in top notch shape, I've heard people working out more, because he's so fit. It gives you a good feeling to see him. I feel he would put some much needed confidence in the the US Do you need any more reasons |

And correcting tax issues, then lowering taxes, isn't any kind of penalty, it's good business. You can believe in Reagan's policies, but you are following a failed idea that straight up didn't work. The U.S. already is a Socialist Country... Rep or Dem president, the changes have happened and will continue to happen. Or we can just continue to ignore the poor in this Country, like we have, as we step over them, ignore them in schools, and so on.. Nothing like caring for America as you build more schools in Iraq and rip down schools here.... Add to that McCain is taking about sending money to Georgia, all types of allies, to build with.. So we have enough money to "help the social interests of that country", but ignore our own. That just doesn't make any logic. |

Sticky..u asked why I was voting for him and I told you, I didn't ask you for a rebuttle and you're rebuttles are stupid
Socialism is happening as we speak. the US now owns evereything Finish in iraq..HOW DO WE "FINISH"..no one can answer that for some reason |
Quote:
How do we finish in Iraq? When that government can handle all its own shit, then we are finished. |

However, the difference in 2008 is that there aren't enough people left that still think like him for it to make a difference... Obama will win. |

You have social programs all around you, you probably use them. Ever been to College, get a low interest federal loan or a grant like millions of others? That's a Gov Social Program. In the Military by chance? retired, hurt on the job and can't work, lost your job, illegally fired, and the list goes on and on... yep, all Gov Social programs. Poor, can't afford food, a new single mom - need help, milk/bs paid for? Oh that list is long... Yep, more Social programs. Speaking of poor, want health care and are poor, just don't give up your SSN and it's paid for. Visiting our country? An Illegal? Just use our medical systems, our "states" social systems will pay for it. Something the state has proven it can't manage. We ARE a socialist Gov... Like it or not. |

They gave AIG $85b, blasted them publicly for spending $440k partying immediately afterward and then sent them another $35b a few days later. But you're worried about a few billion a year on healthcare for children the children in your own country. Great priorities. :2 cents: |
You can't ban all the dumb fucks.
That would be like getting rid of the middle class. You *need* these people to keep the board, and the economy moving. You have to embrace the idiots, and encourage them to work hard, just like McCain and Obama!!! |
